What is water light injection?

When hyaluronic acid, a basic component of skin, decreases, fine lines form more easily. In slim people, and in areas with a thin fat layer such as under the eyes, neck and hands, fine lines can deepen. This can make you look older.

Water light injection puts hyaluronic acid, which holds water well, and other ingredients directly into the dermis. It leaves the skin hydrated and supple.

Because moisture goes straight into the skin, dryness eases quickly. It aims for skin that does not feel tight after washing, even without moisturizer.

We use a device called Derma Shine (Derma Shine Balance). Its 9 needles gently draw the skin up by suction while injecting a set amount into the skin layer. This keeps discomfort down and delivers an exact amount.

We care for fine lines, elasticity, hydration and brightening, even on deep neck wrinkles and wrinkled backs of the hands. You can also choose a combination to suit your goal.

What you can expect

Water light injection aims for these three things.

Pin marks and EGF after treatment

Needle marks (pin marks) may appear after treatment. To help you get back to daily life sooner, we also pay attention to aftercare and recommend cosmetics containing EGF.

EGF (epidermal growth factor) is a protein found in the body. It is a natural regenerative factor that helps new cells form. Skin with more EGF is said to be younger, and less EGF is said to mean more advanced aging.

Replenishing EGF is said to support skin renewal and to help with wrinkles, skin tone and brightening.

Aftercare

Please take care of the following after treatment.

• Puffiness, bruising at the injection sites and mild itching settle on their own.
• Avoid scrubbing hard when you wash your face.
• For a while, keep the treated area away from extreme cold or heat.
• Avoid massaging the injected areas, hot saunas and strenuous exercise for about 7 days.
• If pain at an injection site lasts more than a day, or redness appears, please come to the clinic.
• We recommend a return visit after 2 weeks for touch-ups or further adjustment.
