Even for the same procedure, the cost varies widely with the materials used, any previous surgery and how much is done. That is why KOKO Plastic Surgery has no fixed price list. We review your photos and surgical history first, then give you a cost for your nose.

Your own cartilage (septum, ear or rib), donor tissue, or an implant.

How you get a quote
From your first question to setting your surgery date
Before you visit, you can go over an estimated cost and a surgical plan in English.

Message us on WhatsApp, or book online
Send us your questions on WhatsApp, or book a consultation online. You do not need photos to start. If you send photos of your face (front, side and 45°) and, if you have had surgery before, tell us when and what materials were used, we can give you a more specific cost estimate.
- STEP 2
We suggest options and a cost range
Based on what you tell us and any photos you send, we explain in English which procedures may suit you and roughly what they cost.
- STEP 3
Confirm the details in a consultation
In an online consultation or at your visit, Dr. Cho examines your nose and confirms the procedure and cost.
- STEP 4
Pay a deposit to confirm your date
Your surgery date is confirmed once the deposit is paid.

Surgery patients are offered a guesthouse stay and airport transfer (one-way or round-trip, depending on the surgery fee). Airfare, and any extra cost if you switch to a hotel, are not included.
