The most important factor in revision rhinoplasty is creating a stable support structure. By using the patient’s own tissue, the risk of foreign-body reactions and complications is reduced, while long-term stability and durability can be achieved even over time.

Nasal Width Osteotomy for a Slimmer Profile
When the nasal bridge itself appears wide or spread, simply increasing the height of the bridge can make the nose look larger. By combining a nasal width osteotomy to narrow the base of the nose, we were able to create a slimmer contour and achieve a much more defined and harmonious overall facial appearance.
