Surgical Procedure

1. Remove the skin around the corners of the mouth in the shape of small triangles.
2. Weaken the strength of the muscles that pull down the corners of the mouth and reposition the direction of muscle movement at both ends of the mouth.
3. Suture the excised area.

Postoperative Care Instructions

1. Swelling, bruising at the injection site, and slight itching will naturally disappear
2. Please refrain from vigorous face washing after surgery
3. After surgery, take care not to expose the surgery area to low or high temperatures for a while
4. If you experience pain at the injected site for more than a day or if it becomes red after an injection treatment, please come to our clinic
5. If you have had surgery using the incision method, please refrain from taking baths or using saunas for approximately 2 to 3 weeks
6. After surgery using the incision method, you can wash your face and apply light makeup from 1 to 2 days after stitches are removed
7. Please avoid strenuous exercise for 2 to 3 weeks
