We have created an immediate surgery reservation form for customers who have confirmed to undergo surgery at our clinic without the need for an in-person consultation tour after online consultation.
The reason for accepting immediate surgery reservations is to bring positive effects to both our customers and our clinic. For customers who confirm their surgery without a consultation tour, it allows us to concentrate more on the surgery as there is less time spent on consultations. This situation benefits both our customers and our clinic positively. Therefore, we have created this form to provide better benefits to these immediate reservation customers. Of course, we continue to provide sincere consultations to customers who come in for in-person consultations as before.
Customers making immediate surgery reservations will also receive meticulous pre-surgery consultations from the head surgeon. For all customers making immediate surgery reservations, we provide individual pre-surgery consultations, so you don’t need to worry at all. Please make sure to fill out the reservation form thoroughly, especially regarding your preferences and desired outcomes.
Immediate surgery reservation customers will receive a 5% discount on the surgery fee.
For customers who pay the surgery fee in advance, if there are any changes in the surgery fee, we will refund the difference or ask you to pay any additional costs.
