our standard surgery fee will be reduced by 10%. This helps alleviate the burden on our customers, and our cost is reduced compared to running the team within the clinic. Additionally, for customers who book surgery immediately after online consultation without an in-person visit, we will implement an additional 5% discount.
02 Free Accommodation
There is guesthouse accommodation for customers. All accommodations are upgradable.

04 Free Professional Interpreter Services
Consultation and surgery interpretation will be conducted by qualified interpreters, including an interpreter with a master’s degree in interpretation/translation and those with experience in medical interpretation. Our interpretation is not delivered by part-timers or students studying abroad.

06 Smart Customer Service through Digital Transformation
We plan to revamp all language-based websites of KOKO into mobile-optimized ‘responsive websites’ through global branding company ON AND ON THE UNIVERSE. The revamped website will include hidden pages containing essential information such as preoperative and postoperative precautions. We will continuously update the website to ensure customer satisfaction.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our delayed service due to the sudden increase in customers. There are more customers seeking immediate surgery reservations rather than tours. To accommodate this, we have introduced additional benefits specifically for customers who book surgery immediately. Please refer to these additional benefits.
