Services for Foreign Customers
Hello, I’m Dr. Cho.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you who have always supported KOKO Plastic Surgery.
KOKO Plastic Surgery is currently handling numerous patients from overseas every day. Due to its own patient care system within the clinic, there have been many instances where customer care was not clearly delivered. As a result, waiting times have increased to about 1 hour, causing inconvenience to our customers.
In our search for ways to satisfy our customers, we have decided to entrust our operations to a professional company. Starting from April, we will be outsourcing all tasks related to foreign patient support to ABK and HEARTSTAY for interpretation and concierge services, allowing us to reduce surgery costs.
I specialize in nasal and anti-aging surgeries, while ABK will provide you with professional interpretation and concierge services. We will strive to implement medical tourism services that satisfy all our customers who visit KOKO Plastic Surgery.

Benefits will be provided after April 1st.
- Customers who made surgery reservations before this announcement can receive the benefits. However, as there was a significant expense in setting up our own team, these benefits will not apply to surgery patients in March.
- We apologize to all customers who did not receive the benefits from KOKO. If you make a reservation in advance via LINE when visiting Korea and visit our clinic, we will provide you with “egg injection” as a service. (You have to write a review to receive this service)
- If the clinic is busy and unable to provide the service, we will entrust it to ABK so that you can receive services such as dental and dermatology. KOKO Plastic Surgery’s existing customers, please be sure to receive the service! (You have to write a review to receive this service)
