KOKO Egg Injection

Preoperative instructions

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking.
2. If you are taking aspirin-based medication, please stop taking it two weeks before the surgery.
3. If you have thin and pale skin, you are more prone to subcutaneous bleeding, so please rest gently after the procedure.
4. Please come to the clinic without wearing makeup.
5. The treatment time is about 5 minutes, but if there are concerns about the treatment, we can perform it under sedative anesthesia for your peace of mind. (However, there will be an additional charge for the anesthesia.)

Egg injection by body part and its effects

1. The cheekbones under the eyes are protruding too much.

This is a phenomenon that appears in the skin of people typically in their 40s to 50s, where the elasticity of the cheek muscles decreases and the ligaments in front of the cheekbones and ears become lax, causing the skin and tissue of the face to shift towards the mouth area. This part is the buccal fat. It can generally be eliminated by egg injection, but in severe cases, it can be more cleanly removed through micro-injection liposuction.

If the treatment cannot be performed

Post-treatment care

1. Apply a cold compress for about a day and ensure that no pressure is applied to the area. Massaging the treated area will disperse the injected medication and decrease its effectiveness.
2. When washing your face, gently pat it to minimize pressure.
3. Wait for 3 to 4 days before using hot saunas or undergoing laser treatments.
4. You may apply makeup starting the day after the treatment.
