What is round nose correction?
The causes of a round nose can be classified into the following three types.
The first is when the cartilage is large and the skin is thin
The second is when the skin and soft tissues (fat, fibrous tissue) are large
And the third is when the cartilage at the tip of the nose is poorly developed and collapsed

1. Before surgery, a thorough consultation is conducted to develop a surgical plan tailored to each individual for round nose surgery.
2. If the tip of the nose is round, the nasal cartilage is adjusted to create a higher and more defined tip.
3. If there is excessive subcutaneous tissue at the nasal tip, it can be improved by removing the thick subcutaneous tissue.
4. If the nostrils are wide, they can be improved by excising the skin of the nostrils along with the nasal tip.
